This gel has 100 mg of caffeine!
About the same as a small brewed coffee (~96 mg), ~1½ shots of espresso (~95 mg), or a 355 mL Red Bull (~114 mg).
WHAT IS GUARANA?
Guarana is an Amazonian plant whose seeds are naturally high in caffeine. We use a clean guarana extract to deliver a 100 mg caffeine boost, with the same caffeine molecule as coffee.
