Each serve delivers over 35g of carbohydrates from raw honey and sugarbeet powder, alongside over 270mg of sodium and pure electrolytes to support fuelling and hydration during exercise.
Nude has a subtle sweetness from thaumatin, a naturally derived plant protein, which helps soften the taste of the electrolytes without adding a strong flavour. It dissolves easily in water with no thick texture, clumps or residue left in your mouth.
With no maltodextrin and no caffeine, Nude can be used before or during training, alongside gels, or as your sole carbohydrate source. Take one serve 15 to 30 minutes before exercise, then 1 to 2 serves per hour during longer sessions as needed.

Take 1 serve 15–30 minutes before training or racing, then 1–2 serves per hour during longer sessions, depending on your fuelling needs.
For endurance exercise lasting 1–2.5 hours, sports nutrition guidelines generally recommend 30–60g of carbohydrates per hour, with higher intakes potentially appropriate for longer events.

Yes. Nectar Sport combines carbohydrates + electrolytes in one drink, including over 270mg of sodium per serve.
This means you can fuel with carbohydrates while consuming fluid and electrolytes from the same bottle. Sports drinks are commonly formulated to provide both carbohydrate and electrolytes during exercise.
DOES THIS CARB POWDER CONTAIN CAFFEINE?
No. Tropical, Lemon Lime and Nude are all caffeine-free.
This gives you more control over your caffeine intake, allowing you to use the Carb Powder on its own or combine it with caffeinated gels or other caffeine sources when needed.
